Responding to requests and arranging visits
We may use information to respond to enquiries and help manage dining, reservation, event, private-gathering, or poker-evening arrangements that you request. This may include communicating about relevant details, considering availability, and following up where appropriate. A submitted request does not itself guarantee that an arrangement is available or confirmed; it helps us understand what you are asking us to plan, host, or discuss.
Operating and improving the website and service
Website and interaction information may be used to keep the site functioning, understand how visitors use it, maintain security, and improve content and the visitor experience. We keep this use high-level and connected to operating the website and club services. For more information about the role of cookies and similar technologies, please see Cookies, sharing, and storage.

Sending relevant club communications
Where you have asked to receive communications, or where otherwise permitted, we may send updates related to dining, gatherings, events, and club news. You can opt out of direct marketing communications at any time using an unsubscribe option in a message where available, or by contacting us through the Contact page. This does not prevent necessary replies about a reservation, enquiry, or arrangement you have asked us to address.
Meeting legal, safety, and administrative needs
We may use information where reasonably necessary to meet legal obligations, address concerns, protect the club and visitors, maintain records, or manage GRAND MARQUEE CLUB’s operations. This may occur where use or disclosure is permitted or required, or where it is relevant to protecting rights, safety, or the integrity of our services. We aim to keep such use connected to these practical needs and do not intend to use personal information for unrelated purposes without an appropriate basis.
